Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ambrociniconstructioninc.com (the “Site”) and your engagement of Ambrocini Construction Inc. (“Ambrocini,” “we,” “us”), a licensed California general contractor. By using the Site or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Estimates
Estimates requested through the Site are free and non-binding. An estimate is a good-faith projection based on the information you provide — it is not a contract, and it does not obligate either party. Work begins only after both parties sign a written home-improvement contract, as required by California law.
3. Contracts and Change Orders
Every project is governed by a written contract describing the scope of work, total price, payment schedule, and estimated timeline. Any change to the scope — additions, deletions, or substitutions — must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before the changed work begins. Verbal agreements do not modify the contract.
4. Pricing and Payments
- For home-improvement contracts, the initial deposit will not exceed the maximum allowed by California law (currently the lesser of 10% of the contract price or $1,000).
- Progress payments are tied to completed milestones as stated in your contract — you pay as defined phases of work are finished.
- The final payment is due upon substantial completion, following a walkthrough and your approval of the finished work.
- Late payments may incur interest or fees as stated in the contract.
5. Project Timeline
Timelines in estimates and contracts are good-faith projections, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to permit processing, inspections, material availability, weather, hidden site conditions, or changes you request. We will communicate any expected delay promptly and adjust the schedule in good faith.
6. Permits, Inspections, and Code Compliance
Where the scope requires it, we obtain the necessary building permits and schedule required inspections. All work is performed in accordance with applicable California building codes and the standards of our CSLB license.
7. Warranties
We warrant our workmanship as specified in your written project contract. Materials, fixtures, and appliances carry the manufacturer’s own warranty under the manufacturer’s terms, which we will pass through to you. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with a description of the issue and, where possible, photos.
8. Your Responsibilities
To keep the project on track, you agree to: provide reasonable access to the work area during scheduled hours; clear personal belongings from the work area when requested; ensure utilities (water, power) are available; and make an authorized decision-maker reachable during the project for approvals and questions.
9. Cancellations
For contracts signed in your home, California law gives you three (3) business days after signing to cancel. Cancellation must be in writing, and your contract includes the required notice and cancellation form. Deposits are handled as stated in the contract and as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including temporary relocation costs, unless otherwise required by law or stated in your contract.
11. Dispute Resolution
We make every effort to resolve concerns directly — contact us first and we will work toward a fair solution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled as provided in your written contract and under California law.
12. Site Content and Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — text, photographs, project images, designs, and logos — is the property of Ambrocini Construction Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our prior written permission. Customer reviews and testimonials displayed are from real clients.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you request an estimate or sign a contract is the version that applies to that engagement.
