Summers in the San Fernando Valley are hot and dry, which is why many homeowners replace thirsty grass with artificial turf and low-water planting. A well-installed turf lawn starts with what you don’t see: the ground is cleared, graded and compacted so the surface stays even and drains properly.
Hardscape lasts only as long as its structure. Patios, pergolas, gates, fences and block walls take sun, wind and the occasional storm, so we build them to last outside — and when an existing fence, wall or stucco surface has failed, we repair or replace it. If the work needs a permit, we coordinate it.
